1. Membership Fees

1.1 Non-Refundable Membership Fees: All membership fees paid to Ambala Mercy Home Society are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be returned or credited, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

2. Cancellation of Membership

2.1 Cancellation Process: Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any portion of the membership fee.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

3.1 Review of Requests: In rare cases, if there are exceptional circumstances leading to a request for a refund, members may submit a written request to the Society for review. The Society will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis, but there is no guarantee of a refund.
